Post by Rage06 » 7 years ago

This alongside with 6 are my fav pes games, the sheer improvement they had from there predecessors was amazing.
This intro sums up PES of old tbh. EPIC:

That was a great cover, and an even better game! 8-)

I remember using Henry in PES 4. Seriously, he was an absolute God. Zidane was class too. France really did have a great squad back then!

Totti's a defender?! :P

But this was my first PES game - I can still remember my amazement in the first game I played, when one of my players got injured, then stretchered off and then returned into action with his knee taped. Great game...

You're calling me picky, old man? You should watch your mouth, you wouldn't want to run into a ban...

OPE... See that? Fab singled me out with direct abuse... Then goaded with the threat of a booking. Which is exactly the kind of thing we don't wanna see!

I think you should give the muppet a card?! (see what I did there? Irony and all that.)

Yeah it's an awesome intro, if they could implement let's say 50% of the things in it into pes 2012, it will be an amazing game. Imagine shirt-tugging, players givinh 100% in 50-50 situations - could be sweet. :D

This video was so good for its time... they still use it in the fake "trailer" and "preview" videos that hit YouTube every year about this time.

The only difference was, then it was just an FMV - now it's actual gameplay.
