JCFast, haha I know and you beat me in one game, 2-1 I think it was. You scored a good goal which I think was only possible through full manual. I thought it was really hard to defend against you as every pass, cross and shot was so unpredictable.

SumnerPNE well let's see how it goes in this tournament, or in the February one. Plenty of good matches coming along if you guys ever get that January one played!

JCFast, I look forward to learning the manual scheme, it will take my game onto another level. Yeah, hopefully that tournament should be finished in the next few days.

I have been looking for a full manual tournament :-) Finally I found it here at OPE.

MY QUESTIONS:
so how do we know people are honestly using full manual control??
is this an honor system?- hoping everyone has a faith and honesty to play fully manually?

I suggest 0 pass support, manual shooting, no autos on your teammate actions, and no arrows.
It's easy - if the power bar for both passes and shots show up 'yellow' then they are playing with 0 assists.

If the power bar is 'blue' then they are assisted (1 bar and over).

Not many ppl seem to know this tho, otherwise I wouldn't hold my breath in an honour system. Ppl agreed to play me 'full manual' in the last tourney, but low and behold, when the game kicked off - blue power bar all game long lol

PS. Team strength won't be as important in this tourney imo - I'm happy with randomly selected.

That's five people signed up - six if harmonyvid35 can confirm his PES Rankings username.

Tournament will begin tomorrow. Hopefully, we will get 8 players by then. :)

Should be good this, hopefully ope can allocate some sort of prize to the manual tournaments in the future.

This is my first time playing in OPE.
so what is going to take place from here?
RE: teams, match setups- timing etc.
I live in US. so it will be a bit tricky for me to find time to play other players in EU.
hopefully, it will work out ok ;)

Welcome aboard. :)

1. Teams will be random. Players can pick whoever they want and can also change team for each game if they want. This can be changed if the majority want team restrictions / assigned teams.

2. Match Setups - 100% manual, passing, shooting, player switching and no manual arrow. Random condition and 10-minute matches including final. 2-legged knockout matches, 1-legged final.

I think a draw would make things a lot easier and more fun too. I'm up for any kind of draw, preferably club teams though.
