Installation guide:

If you follow the steps correctly, this will take you no longer than 10 minutes. It's very important you follow each step very carefully. Each step will only work if the step previous is carried out correctly.

If you get stuck or run into problems, please reply in this thread and the team will help you ASAP.

Step 1
Download your preferred option file. There are two, both listed above; you can only pick one due to the limited number of emblem slots on PES 2012. Please also download all official game patches and data packs (DLC) from Konami.

If you have a USB from me and you've not changed anything, you can skip to step 4.

Step 2
Plug your USB stick into your xbox 360. If you have content on your USB that you want to keep, make sure you back it up before you put it into your 360. Everything gets deleted in the next step.

Select to customize the USB (not configure) and change the memory size to 512MB. Don't ask why, just trust me and do it. If the customize option is not listed, you must select to 'remove content' to wipe your USB clean. Once you've done this, you can customize your USB to 512MB.

Step 3
Plug your usb into your PC or laptop. You may see a yellow folder called Xbox 360. If you can't see it then you need to change your settings so hidden files and folders can be seen. Here's a tutorial for Windows Vista. For other operating systems, use Google.

Step 4:
You should now see the Xbox 360 folder. This means that your PC/laptop is ready for transfer.

Double-click on the Xbox 360 folder and you'll see the following 3 files:

Data 0000
Data 0001
Data 0002

Erase the Data 0001 and Data 0002 files but do not delete the Data 0000 file. Once you've done this, open your downloaded option file folder and move the Data 0001 and Data 0002 files to the Xbox 360 folder. Simply, you're overwriting the old content and replacing it with the new content.

Wait a minute for all the files to copy over to your USB.

Step 5:
Plug your USB into your Xbox 360.

Go to System > Memory > and select the external device (USB - DAYMOS OPE PES2012 OF v4).

Now you will see a folder called PES2012/WE2012 with 300 or so files inside it. Please check if the 300 (or so) files are there.

If everything looks good, press B and go back so you're looking at the PES2012/WE2012 folder again. Press Y and copy (do not move) all the files from your USB to your Xbox 360 hard drive.

When asked would you like to replace exisiting file data?, select Yes To All. Don't worry, all your gamesaves and replays will still be there.

Step 6
Remove your USB stick from your 360 and load up PES 2012. Head into Edit Mode and take a look at all your new kits.

just a quick question is it safe to download the data pack version 1 with this file and grt work last year guys a used to play ps3 but that file u made last year converted me

DONT download the data pack it will freeze the xbox test it in my 2 xbox i have a live one and a RGH it works only without the data pack BTW i love your work and waitin for your updates

Great guide & thanks for putting the work in but I'm not going to download until the whole issue above with Data Pack 1 has been sorted out haha.

there is some thing wrong with Premiere league! they seem to change the trips all to bundesliga

I had a quick test last night, using the Twitter download link, and although the NPower and Bundesliga are not yet 100% it is an amazing job! I had Data Pack 1 but was prompted to redownload this following installation of the OPE file.

Amazing work, especially given the short timescale!

Someone on Twitter suggested last night that they lost their Online Pass details but mine was fine - so no worries!

Thanks again for the hard work - I will take a trawl through kits and see if I can suggest any tweaks.

Can Anyone help?

Have followed the instructions as provided but when i go into the game the kits are messed up (i.e. Arsenal have parts of the Wigan kit) have I done anything wrong?
Ps have not got xbox live will this make a difference?

Cashis - you don't need to download data pack 1 to get this file to work. You can download and install with no problems, easy!

I have a different problem with the download link. After I key in the Captcha, the download button will appear, but when I click on it, it doesn't download the file. Instead, the 60 sec timer appears, and then after that, I have to key in a new Captcha. Tried it many times, the results are the same. I have even tried downloading with Jdownloader, but it's the same. Using Regular Download.

I tried downloading something else on DepositFiles to see if it was an issue on my side, but it works. So that means I only have trouble with yr link. Anyone else with the same issue?

Installed the data pack before applying the option file. Looks good, however lots of players are missing.
Especially youth players who were in the game are now gone. Is there a way to fix this, or will I have to wait till data pack 2 arrives?
