Currently there are far too much 'sources' merged into one database:
-> Data copied from FIFA
-> Data copied from older PES- versions
-> Those players with randomized stats
-> Clear data & stat errors
-> And eventually those players they put some work into

What I dislike most is that there have been not downgrades in DLC 4. The days of the invincible Drogba, the fast Kolo Touré and Felipe Melo being the highest rated DMF in the game should really be over by now...

By now KONAMI has to have realized that there is something wrong. They are searching for new data editors - that's a good sign. However - as V82 already said: The new data- team must be blamed because in general stats have never been a major problem in PES for the last years till now.

I'm a optimist and I think that a DLC 5 after the end of the regular European season is realistic. With no live updates over the summer and another possible long wait for PES 2016 this would be the right thing to do.

They will have to face the issue sooner or later - and a healthy database would make the important months before the PES 2016- release much more easier for them.

I agree totally with your post floriank90, too much sources + old stats + random = database garbage.
The whole new PES team who's in charge of stats need a complete rebuild, or even back to the source, the way Konami's create players in the past, but adapting the "old system" to the core mechanics of the new engine, It was the only right thing to do, not an entire rebuild...

Also, players in AFC teams are totally randomized and that's the same for lower leagues.
For example Diamanti "random" in AFC: http://pesdb.net/pes2015/?id=1073778975 and Diamanti in Fiorentina: http://pesdb.net/pes2015/?id=37151
Not the same player at all in terms of strenghtnesses and weaknesses, don't reflect at all the player in AFC.
Same for RAÚL in Al-Sadd: http://pesdb.net/pes2015/?id=1073805686

PES 2015 looks like a "beta-test database", they can't let things like that. 3 options:

-Back to the basics or find a brand new "standard system" to rate players correctly according to the new gameplay mechanics, even with not that much infos about some players like youngsters etc. (i think that was the case before, in older PES)

-A partnership with Sports Interactive Ltd scouts (Football manager) can also be a good help or alternative in the future, to the Windsor team even if it seems utopic...
Not to copy FM attributes of course (they're differently done, stats are differently related, different impact and that's a management game of course), but if they really want to have good scouting reports, build a system to create youngster correctly etc. ... I think that's a better solution than mix current Fifa + old PES rating system.

-3rd solution, just have trust in the Windsor team, let them finish what they wanted to do at first with the "complete database rebuild, player parameters" promesses in PES 2015 annoucement, with no old-PES stats, no random, and no errors.
A whole database is long to change, perhaps it's just a matter of time, wait and see... For now on i really can't judge the entire database seems it's too unfinished, "under construction until there's no transfers left to do"
Then, if the result is shitty, there's other options like the two above.

Will there be any DLC in the future? Konami are really treating us like idiots.

Once again, a big thank to all of you who've shared your feedback. :-)

Please continue to submit your fixes for things like:
  • - Incorrect player names (format should be A. PLAYER apart from special cases like RONALDINHO)
    - Incorrect squad numbers
    - Incorrect kit names
    - Obvious appearance errors (skin tone, hair colour, hairstyle)
    - Other/General (nationalities, primary positions, ages, stronger foot, etc).
Please also include a source when submitting your feedback: WhoScored, official club websites, UEFA.com and Getty Images are all great!

To those of you who want to help out: to easily identify errors, just create a brand new PSN/Xbox profile on your console and head into the PES 2015 Edit mode. Having a fresh, untouched Edit Data file will allow you to see the PES database in its default/original state.

Mike, i hope this will be fixed in next pes also.

Player Name: I. Toure
Player's National Team / Club: Dordrecht
Incorrect player attributes: He was mistaken with another player, so his stats are really good, and in real life, he is not even playing in a bad club like Dordrecht.
Fix: Revamp his all stats
Source (post photo or link as evidence): He was mistaken with http://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/ibrahima ... ler/148644 and he got his attributes, copied from Pes14.
