Hehehe...the only thing is - PES 11 may feel vastly inferior to PES 12 so we might not WANT to go back :P ...fingers crossed lol

p.s. Nick - if we start under PES 11 and go across to PES 12, the community league ladder will probably get wiped since it's a new game. We'd probably have to finish it under PES 11 or swap over to a manually maintained spreadsheet/table.
Agreed. This competition will be "wiped" once we get PES 2012. It sounds harsh, but once PES 2012 is out, I want to start on that game. :-)

As for recording stuff, I don't know if I will be able to record highlights. But if I do, I can use my iphone. Although I am not sure if it's worth uploading highlights, and having GOTR's, because everyone might not be able to do it.

It could be worth playing this tournament over 9 weeks, rather than 18 then. Instead of playing 1 person every week, we could play both league games against that same person each week?

We already have the fixtures listed here, so we could just knock off weeks 10-18, and tell everyone to play 2 games each week.

I like that idea. If someone's online you play them home and then you play them away (or vice versa). 9 weeks, over and out ;)

And fair enough about the video's. Would be awesome if PES could have some kind of youtube or other interface so you can upload directly or off your hard drive at a later point ;)

yeah 9 weeks sounds good but leave the fixture page as allows me to fill out results easily enough with all games on there.

I would be happy to kick things off next week. Starting Monday. The sooner, the better.

need everyone to comment about starting it sooner. its unfair when people dont know about it or we just decide between ourselves

Im ready whenever! Can we get people to update their names with GMT timezones? This way I can try and workout a rough time before I organise it with my opponent. For example, im + 9.5 I think (Australia) so I can play weekdays between 6.30pm and 11pm or weekends from 10am to after midnight MY TIME, but I need to see how my availability correlates to the opponent, instead of "if you're on, you're on".

That could be good to do, but it could probably just be as good to wait until users are arranging their matches. When you see you are playing someone, agree a time and if need be, inform your opponent that you don't run alongside the English clock.
