The game is natively 720p but you can set your console to a different setting and it will upscale/downscale it as long as the TV also supports the resolution you have set.

The game case clearly states that the game runs on 720p/1080I/1080P so it SHOULD work... but it does not
It's pretty much the same thing for me.
I really hope they fix this, cause that bug makes playing the game offline nearly impossible. :

Pretty handy review that! it does really big up the game and i guess you can tell your a fan. hard to relate at the moment until i have had a proper go on it but if i were to read this review and have no knowledge about pro evo it would defo make me buy it!

maybe a nice addition would be to get your take on what it exactly you feel could be improved and what you found frustrating about the game? saying it needs work but then not really mentioning where would have completed the review. but thats just my opinion.

over all though its a great read!

well done!

What features does the PS3 version have that the Xbox one doesn't?

I don't think they do, unless I'm wrong you can't import music/chants into 360, you can't import faces (you have to use camera) you can't import pictures for stadiums. I just want to know if there is more?

Sorry thought you meant anything new thats been added to the ps3 only for PES2012 As music / chants was not there for the Xbox360 from some time ago, did not know about the stadium pictures thing.

All good for me though :) as I'm a PS3 user

Yeah, you're right.

On a totally different note, you should direct your blame towards the guys at Microsoft. ;)

Graphics on Xbox are a tad better though, and the game should run slightly smoother than on PS3, so there's pros and cons about both consoles ;)

Never knew that, although looking at it I think I would choose the PS3 version as I like to make my own teams/kits in PES and it's slightly easier to do on PS3, shame I don't have one :(

I think the major difference is the controller. For me, I can't play PES using a PS3 pad. The analogue sticks just feel awful.

But that's just my opinion! :-D
